Hot off the butcher’s block
Went all the way to this butchery thinking we would get fresh meat, so far away from us and so disappointing.
The mince was the worst of it, so dry and had a horrible off taste.
The steak wasn't that great either and sausages were very avarage.
The worst part were the prices... So so so EXPENSIVE

We bought a range of meat from the Local Farmer and decided to cook the rump tonight.
A brilliant cut of meat that cooked well. A hot pan, meat and pan seasoned, it crusted and cooked really well…..unlike what you get at the supermarket. Yes, you are paying a little more….but you are paying for a quality butchered cut of meat that has been treated and handled with respect, with no additives, no brine injections, no nitrogen…just quality farm to table meat!
I highly recommend!

The chilli biltong here is beyond belief how good it is. Nothing else comes close. Highly recommend the pork sausages too
