HALF VENISON CARCASS – $527.89 We have one half venison carcass available, fully processed and ready to go straight into your freezer. You’ll get approximately 16kg of beautiful, locally farmed venison, including all your premium steaks, beautiful lean venison mince, and our delicious venison sausages. And this isn’t just any venison. Our venison comes from one of the business owners, Tony Woodcock’s property, just up the road in Makarau. We love being able to offer meat where we can tell you exactly where it came from. From the paddock right here in our local area, through to our butchery, where it’s carefully processed and prepared for your freezer. At $527.89 for approximately 16kg, you’re getting an incredible variety of premium, naturally lean venison to enjoy across plenty of different meals. WHOLE MUTTON – FULLY PROCESSED FOR YOUR FREEZER We have one whole mutton available, fully processed and ready to fill your freezer! This was a 26.05kg carcass, and including all processing, you can take the whole lot home for $431.93. You’ll receive a fantastic variety of cuts, including: • Leg roasts • Shoulder roast • Shoulder chops • Loin chops • Spare ribs • Neck chops • Shanks There is something so convenient about having your freezer stocked with a beautiful variety of cuts. Simply grab whatever takes your fancy for dinner that night or the next day! The roasts are perfect for the slow cooker or a big roasting dish - just give them the time they deserve. Mutton is all about low and slow cooking. A little more patience is required compared with lamb, but the reward is absolutely worth it. The flavour is incredible - rich, beautiful and full bodied. In fact, many people actually prefer mutton over lamb because the flavour difference is huge. Incredible quality meat. Highly recommend their steaks which melt in your mouth, so tender! Their sausages and bacon are divine, too.

I was even impressed by their beef mince which has very little fat and isn’t “gristly” like supermarket mince.

The meat packs are amazing value for money, too.

We refuse to buy from the supermarket now, how could we ever go back after trying the best? We simply can’t.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, also. Why are you still reading? Go in and see them!

Such great quality meat! We keep coming back for the chicken, sirloin steaks and venison. Oh and whilst you’re at it, their Biltong is also very nice 😊
