After the huge response to our post last week, Riley has been busy in the butchery today making up more of those delicious chicken thighs wrapped in our own streaky bacon! We’ve got two flavour options available: • Cream cheese & cranberry with English stuffing • Sun-dried tomato & feta with English stuffing They’re in the fridge now ready to go! Judging by the amount of messages and comments we received, we think these will sell fast. Riley has made as many as he could today, while still making sure we don’t leave the shop short of our beautiful house made streaky bacon. We’d much rather use our own bacon because the quality is far superior to the imported streaky bacon you often find in supermarkets. So if you’re wanting to try them, get in quick! And if they do happen to sell out, please be patient - we’ll definitely be making more as well as another flavour combo to add to the list!! Lots of pinwheels in the fridge…..these ones are beef truffle and Parmesan with mushrooms, spinach and cheese. Cook between 180-200 for around 20 minutes and enjoy!!
