Tonight’s dinner was a simple fried rice made with just one pouch of pre-cooked rice and 500g of venison mince, loaded up with plenty of vegetables, eggs and seasonings. The result….A huge bowl of delicious low fat fried rice that will easily cover a couple of lunches over the next few days.
