Hot off the butcher’s block

CAN YOU BELIEVE WE’RE ALREADY MID-AUGUST? Before we know it, we’ll be heading into November and December - and that means things get absolutely crazy here at the butchery! If you’re wanting to get your homekill booked in before Christmas, we strongly recommend getting your booking in as soon as possible. We don’t want anyone to miss out, and getting those bookings organised early helps us manage the workload and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible during our busiest time of the year. He’s got a few whole muttons available, already processed and ready to go: • 28.3 kg - $463.42 • 26.05 kg - $432.14 • 23.5 kg - $396.27 Mutton is $13.99kg for the carcass, plus $67.50 processing. WHOLE MUTTONS AVAILABLE We have a few whole mutton carcasses available now - perfect if you’re looking to stock the freezer with some delicious, locally farmed meat. Mutton carcasses are $13.99kg, with processing $67.50 for basic cuts and flaps cut into spare ribs. Your mutton will be cut into: • Shoulder roast • Shoulder chops • Leg roasts • Loin chops • Shanks • Neck chops • Spare ribs We currently have three available: 28.3 kg - $463.42 processed 26.05 kg - $432.14 processed 23.5 kg - $396.27 processed Prices include the carcass and basic processing plus spare ribs ($7.50) These won’t last long, so if you’d like one, send us a message or give us a call to secure it.
