Not the greatest start to Summer but never mind because on the menu tonight we have…..NZ FARMED PORK BELLY! Rubbed in Rib rocker and left in the fridge for the day, cooked in the oven for about 2 1/2 hours, served with roast capsicum pesto pasta salad with sundried tomatoes, feta, spring onion and our venison salami, and a garden salad topped with tik tok trending. And the gotcha good sauce went beautifully with the pork belly! Yum!! #nzpork #porkbelly #nzfarmers #homecooking
